4 Trailing Stoplosses (Angel One)

About Project

In this corporate explainer video for Angel One (produced in collaboration with Money Mediia), I transformed complex financial strategies—specifically Trailing Stop-Loss mechanics—into an engaging, visually clear narrative. By combining dynamic kinetic typography, custom chart animations, and structured split-screen layouts, the edit bridges the gap between technical trading concepts and practical execution. From an engaging storytelling hook down to precise chart overlays and strict regulatory disclaimers, the video delivers a polished, high-energy viewer experience that strictly aligns with Angel One’s premium brand identity.

Challenges

1. Complex Financial Visualization

  • Challenge: Explaining dynamic concepts like trailing stop-losses, moving averages, and swing highs/lows can easily become overwhelming or confusing on raw screen recordings.

  • Approach: Integrated custom animated graphs, line callouts, highlighted zones, and clean side-by-side split screens. This grounds abstract numbers into clear, step-by-step visual metaphors (e.g., weekend plans shifting based on stock percentage gains/losses).

2. High Density of Visual Information

  • Challenge: Pacing real-time chart UI alongside a talking head video requires strict visual hierarchy so the viewer knows where to look.

  • Approach: Used dynamic zooming, color-coded callouts (green/red boxes), and lower-third typography to frame the screen recordings without cluttering Angel One’s sleek visual identity.

3. Compliance and Branding Guidelines

  • Challenge: Financial explainer videos for SEBI-registered entities like Angel One demand strict legal disclaimers, accurate terminology, and clean brand placement throughout.

  • Approach: Maintained a persistent top-right Angel One watermark, integrated statutory legal disclaimers seamlessly at the intro/outro, and used crisp, brand-aligned fonts and graphics.

MY APPROACH

Started with an engaging personal narrative (stock gains turning into weekend plans/vacations vs. losses) paired with animated infographics before diving into the core technical lesson. Positioned the speaker cleanly on the left frame while dedicating the rest to animated chart demonstrations, keeping the presenter humanized and the content visible. Kept Angel One front-and-center visually throughout the edit while delivering top-tier technical finish behind the scenes.
